Alex Nickla was one of the best agents we have worked with while we searched for our new home. We had a bad experience earlier in the year which left a bad taste in our mouths. Alex immediately made us his top priority, and would work with out crazy airline schedules to make sure we had every chance to see houses that fit our needs. During the first showing, Alex really solidified our choice in him because he was so knowledgeable about the area and the history of each house. His family has a background in construction and building homes so he was very informative in helping us picture home projects and pricing. Mitch is awesome!! We started looking for houses back in January where we dragged him to go look at ALL these houses and then decided that it wasn’t the right time to buy. Mitch reached out to us a couple times throughout the year to check in and see on how we were feeling about trying to get back into the market. He was very understanding and supportive when we had told him we weren’t quite ready yet. Once we were ready again, Mitch helped us through every step. He is insightful on the houses we looked at, always gave his professional opinion, very detailed in every process, and made everything extremely stress FREE. Terry is definitely one of the best hands down! I seen a couple houses I wanted to see and every time I got ahold of him to see one within a hour he had the showing set up, and the very next day first thing in the morning we were there looking at them. He told me we would be in a house as soon as possible and next thing I know I found one I liked, he got us a 30 day closing and well be moving in soon!
